How my blog began
Why, hello, Teddy People!
Today let me tell you how my blog began.
One day, my sister kateyface told me that she had made a blog.
I decided that I wanted to start a blog too. But, I didn't know how.
So I asked kateyface lots of questions about it, and she showed me everything.
I decided to call my blog Teddy Small, as I have a teddy obsession.
Then I made my first post, and I didn't get too many comments at first.
But now people are reading my blog lots! Yay!

The story of Venture Week
Why, hello, Teddy People!
This is the story of Venture Week!
Monday - we got there!
For tea I had: Fish fingers, a Yorkie pud
Warm syrup cake with custard
Tuesday - I completely forgot what we did, but I did have a pain au chocolat for breakfast!
Wednesday - We did the Gladiator Wall and Archery. I hit the board in archery, but not the target. I think we had pizza for tea, and we definitely had waffles for breakfast!
Thursday - It was my friend's birthday! And yes, we all got cake! Mmmm... We had a disco too!
Friday - We went home. We did abseiling in the morning, and it was scary! It was triple mac and cheese for lunch, and a bacon buttie for breakfast!
That's the summary of Venture Week!

The rest of the week & Venture Week
Why, hello, Teddy People!
Sorry I didn't post on Friday, I was too wrapped up in packing and getting ready for Venture Week!
But first let me tell you about the past three days and today!
Wednesday: Uniform shopping - There was a blazer and skirt and everything!
Thursday: Meeting people for lunch - There was a park and a woods too - it was aewsome!
Friday: Nothing much.
Saturday: Packing!
Yay!
We had to buy all this stuff and my bag was full, even though it was huge. Partly because I had to pack some of my twin's stuff too.
We also had to label EVERYTHING!
So, I can't post for a week, but I'll tell you about it when I have the chance!

Monday & Tuesday
Why, hello, Teddy People!
So today I'm going to tell you all about Monday & Tuesday of this half term!
Monday: Seeing Nan and shopping for Venture Week (I will tell you more on Saturday!)
So, first we went to see Nan, and it was great! We don't see her too often, but I love seeing her when we do go to visit! And Nan always has chocolate biscuits at her house! Mmm!
Then we went shopping for Venture Week, a week of fun activities! This is what we bought for me:
~ Some very comfy pink jogging bottoms!
~ Some very comfy black jogging bottoms!
~ A pair of gold snaky trainers!
~ Underwear
~ Fruit socks!
~ Some white pumps!
~ A beige backpack with colourful leaves!
That's all - I think...
All these clothes were from Primark!
Tuesday: Eating with Grandma and returning + buying trainers
We went to this pub by a lake for lunch with Grandma. I had macaroni cheese in a tiny frying pan for main, and then I had a caramel apple tart! Mmm!
It was decided that our trainers were too dressy, so we then went to BHS to get new ones1 Mine were pink and green, but very nice!
Today we are shopping, yet again, for new uniform!

The actual new schedule!
Why, hello, Teddy People!
So, I came up with my new schedule!
I am going to continue Funny Friday only.
But, with Wizarding Wednesday, I am going to make a new page called Potions. I won't post there on Wednesdays, I will just post on there when I feel like it, with a new awesome potion or powder or spray or drink!
Monday Moods got me bored, and so did Thursday Thoughts.
I liked Teddy Tuesday, but from time to time, I will post teddy pics on my 'My fave pics' page.

Wizarding Wednesday
Why, hello, Teddy People!
This Wednesday is... The Flight Powder recipie!
You will need:
One unicorn horn
100g of wind
A billow cloud
A pinch of fairy dust
Method:
1. Crush up the unicorn horn and sprinkle inside a mixing bowl.
2. Pour in 100g of wind and one billow cloud.
3. Carefully, sprinkle a pinch of fairy dust into the bowl.
4. Strain your mixture through a strainer. The powder left in the strainer is your flight powder!
How to apply:
Sprinkle, or get someone to sprinkle, a pinch of flight powder on your back. Don't worry, you won't sprout wings. Instead, there will be a tingling sensation on your back. It will go in a few seconds. When you say 'Fly!' you will rise and soar up in to the sky! You will be able to get down. It will like you are swimming through air! When you don't want to fly, say 'Stop flight!', but be careful because you will fall onto the ground or any surface below you if you are up in the sky.

4. Strain your mixture through a strainer. The powder left in the strainer is your flight powder!
How to apply:
Sprinkle, or get someone to sprinkle, a pinch of flight powder on your back. Don't worry, you won't sprout wings. Instead, there will be a tingling sensation on your back. It will go in a few seconds. When you say 'Fly!' you will rise and soar up in to the sky! You will be able to get down. It will like you are swimming through air! When you don't want to fly, say 'Stop flight!', but be careful because you will fall onto the ground or any surface below you if you are up in the sky.

So today I am feeling pretty happy. I was going back to school this morning, but honestly, I don't think it's all too bad.

A new schedule?
Why, hello, Teddy People!
So, today I came up with a new schedule. It might not work, so I am going to use it next week to see how it goes.

Easter Extravagansa!

Happy Easter!
This is my Easter Extravaganza! Or should I say, Eggstravaganza!
So, first, me and kateyface had an egg hunt! These are the things I got!

After a while, my grandma came over for lunch. I forgot to take a picture of my roast chicken, though. But I did take a picture of our homemade cake!
Lemon and white chocolate cake...mmmm...
Then we played some fun games and I ate some chocolate. Yay!

Back from holiday!
Why, hello, Teddy People!
Sorry I didn't post yesterday - I was exhausted.
Anyway, let me take you through my holiday!
So on Thursday, we went to Bakewell, where we were staying. We stopped off at Ashbourne on the way to grab a panini for lunch.
Then we travelled into Bakewell and had a look at some shops. Finally we got to the Farmyard Inn, where me and my family would be staying. This is a picture of mine and kateyface's bed.
Nice bed, huh?
Then we all played card games and went down to the pub to eat some tea. I had fish and chips and then profiteroles! Yum!
At around 10:00pm, me and kateyface settled down to sleep. But we kept laughing... at nothing.
At 9:30 the next morning, we headed down to breakfast. I had egg, bacon, an oatcake, toast and a bowl of Crunchy Nut!
This was my place at the table!
Then we went to Eyam, which is the plague village. We went to a museum and did a quiz.
Then we went back to Bakewell and I bought a very small dreamcatcher.
I also took a load of pictures of Bakewell landscape. Here are some of them!
Then we went to an ice cream parlour called Ice Creams and Dreams. I had a delicious toffee sundae. The whole parlour was set in the 1950s. Here are some pics!
And, then, it was time to leave. Good times always have to end.
On a happier note, it's Easter tomorrow! I love Easter! And yes, I know that Easter isn't all about chocolate, but I still like my egg hunt! Happy Easter for tomorrow!

I just needed to say, as you probably guessed by the title, I am going away for a couple of days.

Under pressure
Why, hello, Teddy People!
Curly Crazy has asked about being under pressure. I have not been under pressure for an exam before, but I do know some tips:
- It's just you and the exam. Zone yourself out. Say to yourself, 'It's just me and the exam'
- Don't panic. Just don't.
- Stay calm.
- Think to after the exam. It'll all be done then. You've just got to do it first.
These are all the tips I have for now.

Tips for a great blog!
Why, hello, Teddy People!
Today, as suggested by Just Me Xx, I am doing tips on a great blog. Enjoy!
- Make your blog about something you enjoy - if you do not particularly the subject of your blog, you will be less enthusiastic about it. You will not post very often because you will be bored with your blog. This will make your blog readers stop reading.
- If you do not want to share who you are, make up a secret identity. For example, if you don't want your friends at school to know that you believe in the Tooth Fairy, call your blog a different name from your actual name, like ' I believe...'. If you do not want to share your name, make up a fake one.
- Choose an eye-catching design. If your design is dull, people will take one look at your blog and think that your blog is dull too. Unless you want to do a mysterious black design, which says that you are probably a bit of a secret, stick with bold, bright colours.
- Ask your readers questions. If you think you should change your design, ask the readers if they would like that. If more readers like your blog, it will be more popular. You don't want to change your blog and then have readers not like it.
- Post often. Readers like to see what you post about a lot. If they are reading the same posts over and over, they will get bored and not read your blog.

Why hello, Teddy People!
First of all, I am SORRY that I have not posted in a very long time.

Book Character!
Why, hello, Teddy People!
Sorry that I haven't posted for ages.
Anyway, this Monday coming up, I am going to be dressing up as Nancy Drew because our school libraries are re-launching. We have to bring in a book to read to someone too, so I got my daddy to buy me (even though I payed for it) the first Nancy Drew book - The Secret of the Old Clock.

Today we did a great IPC lesson - we got to design clothes from the 1960s.
Also, we are re-launching our school library, so we wrote down some books to have in the new library.
Here are the books that I chose:

4. Malorie Blackman books
5. The Hobbit

Pyjama party!
Why, hello, Teddy People!
Teddy Small is back! I am 10, soon to be 11, but I still love teddies! They are cute and cuddly and I LOVE them. I can't sleep without Knut.
Speaking of sleeping, me and my twin sister, Kateyface, are going to be having a pyjama party for our birthday in March.
We will be:
- Making pizza
- Decorating ice cream sundaes
- Watching a film
So excited!
